Healing Paws Program

Part of our healing environment includes our Healing Paws program. Many studies have shown that people are healthier and happier because companion, service and therapy animals enrich and positively impact their everyday lives. Our therapy dogs and their handlers are specialy trained through Therapy Dogs International, Inc., which is a volunteer organization dedicated to regulating, testing and registration of therapy dogs and their volunteer handlers for the purpose of visiting nursing homes, hospitals, other institutions and wherever else therapy dogs are needed.
