In her 12 years at VWCH, Rajterowski’s dedication, flexibility, and concern for her patients have been admired by patients, coworkers and supervisors alike. In 2002, she reached another personal goal, achieving her Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation and continues to share her knowledge by teaching workshops, mentoring students, and as a clinical instructor for OT programs.
“Comprehensive employs over 300 staff members in 60 locations and we are so proud to have the best of the best her at Valley West,” said Brad Jourdan, Manager of VWCH Rehabilitation Services at all three locations.
The award was established 4 years ago to properly recognize therapists who go beyond their clinical skills and practice by delivering services with innovation, creativity, consistant excellence, and patient focused treatment.
“The special expertise of a Certified Hand Therapist is so important to recovery from upper extremity and hand injuries following surgery or trauma. We are happy to be able to bring that care to Sandwich,” said Steve Lesht, CTL Vice President of Rehab Management Services.
