HeartWise Cardiac Health Evaluation *

This program uses a combination of screenings and non-invasive tests to evaluate risk factors for heart disease.

• CT heart scan to reveal extent of calcified plaque, an indication of blockage in the coronary arteries
  
• Blood draw for cholesterol and blood sugar levels
  
• Blood pressure, BMI and waist measurement
  Computerized health risk assessment
  
• Personal consultation with a registered nurse to identify and understand your cardiac risk factors

Suggested for those 40 years or older with at least one risk factor for heart disease. May not be covered by insurance.
