Your Stay

Your stay in one of our maternity suites will be one of comfort and privacy.

You will spend your entire stay in one tastefully decorated room. Our bright and spacious rooms include large private bathrooms, warm wood flooring and overnight accommodations for your support person.

The Maternity Suites is recognized by the Illinois Department of Public Health as a Level II maternity center. Our staff has the expertise to care for moms who need extended hospitalization and for newborns who have complications or special needs.

We are happy to provide you with personalized tours which are offered every Monday at 7 pm. If you are unable to attend on a Monday evening, we can arrange a personal tour with the OB staff. To register please send your request to comwellness@valleywest.org or call 815.786.3962.

Text4baby is a free mobile information service designed to promote maternal and child health. An educational program of the National Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition (HMHB), text4baby provides pregnant women and new moms with information to help them care for their health and give their babies the best possible start in life. Women who sign up for the service by texting BABY to 511411 (or BEBE in Spanish) will receive free SMS text messages each week, timed to their due date or baby’s date of birth.
