Oktoberfest set Oct. 14  at Great Barns

The Valley West Hospital Auxiliary invites you to Oktoberfest, Saturday, Oct. 14, 2006, at the lovely indoor/outdoor setting of the Great Barns along Big Rock Creek.

Enjoy a fall walk along Big Rock Creek, great food, roasting marshmallows and S'Mores over a campfire, and festive music.

Appetizers will be served at 5 p.m. Hot sandwiches, salads and desserts will be served from 6 to 8 p.m. Soft drinks and coffee are provided. BYOB.

Cost is $15 per person, or $25 per couple.

The Great Barns (on Marvel Davis' Farm, Big Rock, Ill.) are located on Jericho Road, one mile east of Granart Road and five miles west of Route 47. The farm is just west of Deer Valley Golf Club.
